Our Process

Our process begins with a comprehensive “deep dive” into the child’s profile, gaining an understanding of their strengths, growth areas, interests, and challenges, through in-depth meetings with the family, educators and other professionals. We examine how these traits interact with the systems around them—family, school, and community.

From there, we create a detailed student profile and an actionable plan that highlights what’s working, what needs support, and what kind of environment is most likely to make a lasting impact.
