Concierge Family Coordination
When working through challenges and when reaching for goals, families often juggle uncoordinated services–therapy, tutoring, childcare, sports coaching, school. The work of identifying and scheduling activities and services can take a lot of knowledge and time that families may not have, and when there is a lack of communication among professionals, families may not get the most benefit from each service.
We create a custom concierge plan to identify, schedule and coordinate the services that support your family, whether you are facing a challenge, pursuing a goal, or keeping on a steady course. Concierge Family Coordination includes an annual check-up to assess the changing needs of the child and family.
