Craftwell works with families whose kids are pre-school through college age. We work with students who are pursuing their dreams, others who are facing challenges, and everyone in between. We can help families find and apply to the best fit school or program, and we identify  services for kids and young adults, supporting parents at every stage of their children’s journey. 

The pricing for each service can be found on the page for that service. Custom packages are tailored to the specific needs of each family and its unique circumstances. After an initial free consultation and agreement on the custom package, we will send you a fee agreement with full transparency about the fees and payment structure for a custom package.

For school and program search and placement, parent support and writing coaching, we offer a limited number of discounted or pro-bono slots. If you cannot afford the fee, please contact us to inquire about availability of discounted or pro-bono services.

Matt, Polly or Rachel will reply within 2 business days to schedule a free initial consultation. After the initial consultation, we will send you a fee agreement and the relevant information forms. Once those are returned, we are ready to begin the engagement!
