In his over 30-year career as a teacher, mentor, administrator and coach, Matt Eskin has been dedicated to supporting kids’ healthy development in educational settings. Seeing how changes in technology and society have made it increasingly difficult for parents to raise children to become their most independent, happiest selves, Matt decided to devote himself to helping families support their children in gaining independence while ensuring that both parents and young people get the support they need to thrive. Starting through word of mouth, Matt began working with families seeking guidance and support making parenting decisions about schools, activities, mental health and more. In 2025, Matt launched Craftwell to expand his offerings through a company that could offer holistic support to families. In 2026, he added experienced college counseling and writing coaches to further round out Craftwell’s offerings. He has developed a deep network of experts in all aspects of child and young adult development that he can bring in to work with families as needed. And there’s more to come.
