Services
What We Do
We work in coordination with families and any already established providers (therapists, tutors, school personnel) to determine, provide, and coordinate services to help young people and their families thrive.
Our Process
We believe that every person has unique gifts to offer the world. That’s why we take a strength-based, whole-child approach—grounded in compassion, insight, and a deep understanding of complex systems.
01
Our process begins with a comprehensive “deep dive” into the child’s profile, including their strengths, growth areas, interests, and challenges. We examine how these traits interact with the systems around them—family, school, and community.

02
From there, we create a detailed student profile and an actionable plan that highlights what’s working, what needs support, and what services are most likely to make a lasting impact.

We help each student and family gain clarity, build capacity, and move forward with confidence to meet their goals.

Our Services
-
Many families spend an incredible amount of energy just getting their child to school or through their homework. We coach parents and coordinate support so students build responsibility and independence, increasing agency while reducing the need for constant parental intervention.
-
We support families facing urgent school-related issues such as suspensions, expulsions, or escalating concerns from school staff. We help you understand the situation, communicate effectively, and plan next steps.
-
Whether your child is early in the identification phase of needing support, just starting the evaluation process or already receiving multiple services, we guide you through selecting the right supports. We recommend outstanding providers, ensure services complement each other, and handle coordination—so families can focus on living, not logistics.
-
In partnership with Dobson Educational Services, we help families find the right-fit school or program—one that aligns with the child’s needs, strengths, and goals.
