  • We work with a large range of families. Some clients have children who are doing well but may be underchallenged or may desire an environment that better fits their child. Others are navigating difficulties socio-emotionally and/or educationally and need guidance and support. One thing all of our clients have in common is that they are willing to ask for help. Whether you're seeking the right school, have a child in crisis, need specialized services like tutoring or therapy, or want help managing it all, we’re here to support you.

  • Most youth services, educational and otherwise, are specialized and they don’t communicate particularly well with one another. Here at Craftwell, we ensure that our services, along with any you already use and those we procure on your behalf, are well coordinated and “speaking” to one another with direction and purpose. We act as a case manager for your child’s development and your families goals. We don’t just offer advice—we create a cohesive plan and manage the moving parts for you.

  • Every engagement begins with a free consultation. In collaboration, we then determine which services, listed in the table below, will help meet your child’s needs and family’s goals. 

    HOURLY $300/hr
    Flexible option generally used for shorter term engagements or to develop a longer term custom plan.

    CUSTOM BUNDLE $TBD and as agreed upon prior to the start of engagement.
    Typically engagements that will last 10 hours or more (starting at $3,000) with a well-defined scope of work, determined in collaboration with families.

    SCHOOL/PROGRAM PLACEMENT $6,500
    Includes deep dive to develop student profile and school recommendations, guidance through admissions process, and follow up for one year following placement.

    SCHOOL/PROGRAM PLACEMENT BUNDLE $TBD and as agreed upon with client - up to $9,500
    Includes all the steps in a school placement process described above but with multiple placements, often in a short-term program followed by a long-term school placement.
